Annually both the FDA and USDA inspect the juice basin facility, examines the critical controls of juice manufacturing and verifies the truth of our certifications. For wholesale accounts and at risk populations, High Pressure Process (HPP) eliminates Pathogens which ensures the delicate immune system of pregnant women, children and at risk populations. Juice is transported in juice basin’s refrigerated van to Dora’s Naturals in Moonachie, NJ. Upon arrival, the bottle temperature is taken (<40) and submerged into a cold water holding tank. Once the juices descend, the tank is pressurized at 120,000 Lbs./sq. in. for 80 seconds. This state of the art, NO HEAT method of pressurization removes potentially harmful pathogens while maintaining the enzymatic activity of the plant membrane and the nutritional benefits. Similar to a human scuba diving experience, once submerged the human is still intact upon resurfacing.
VISION
Regine Flimlin, AKA, Reggie is one of a few awarded New Jersey Leading Women Entrepreneurs. Her global business acumen spans World Trade Center Director to successful Business Development Director of tech start-ups. Upon 911 terror, she submerged back to her science roots. Previously, the director of NYU’s Wellness program, as well, a graduate of Rutger’s University BS and EPI Business School she refocused her intention to self care and internal gazing. She completed Yoga Alliance highest level of study (500 hour Registered Yoga Instructor) and Ayurveda lifestyle mentorship. Upon completion, she enrolled in Cornell University, ‘HACCP Science of Juicing’ (The Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control of Juice Process) She now uses her juicy knowledge to develop positive energy in juice nutritious vegan, recipes.
FRESH & CLEAN
We only use USDA organic certified FRESH ingredients, that means we never use frozen products or co-packers to do our work. We monitor all juice recipe pH levels as well, we monitor temperature levels within our facilities and during refrigerated transportation which is required by the FDA.
